Sherry Shrimp Cheese Balls with Herbs
Ingredients: 1
cream cheese 1 tbsp white wine 1 tbsp
grated onion 2 tbsp chopped parsley 2 tbsp
chopped thyme 2 tbsp chopped basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pepper bell pepper, diced
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate at least two hours before start forming the balls of cheese, served in pirotines furnishing them with the pepper.
