CANAPÉS NEW YEAR OF EGGPLANT PARMESAN

For dinner tonight I have prepared these canapés and I bring you my congratulations for the new year 2009. Until next year!!

Ingredients: Cooked ham

sliced \u200b\u200bcheese (I used havarti)
spreadable white cheese (Philadelphia type) of the flavor that you please, the photo is of garlic and parsley
crustless bread
1 / 2 cup of brandy
Icing

Preparation:

The first is to mix half cheese terrine with cognac just until incorporated. Reserve.

Meanwhile put six slices of bread on a sheet of plastic wrap in the way that you see in the picture. Importantly, the slices of bread have to overlap on each other. Cover with another sheet of plastic

spent the rolling pin over the pan until it is fine and all the slices have melted to form a single layer of bread.

We remove the top plastic sheet (keeping the bottom) and we spread the bread with the cheese mixture and brandy.

Put cream cheese on the ham

ham and put the slices of cheese.

Helping plastic, we closed the pan pressing as hard as we can.

If we left out some of the cut filler. Very well wrap roll tightly with plastic hard and get into the fridge to stay in shape for a long time (we anticipate putting it 20 minutes in the freezer).

After this time, with a small serrated knife, cut both ends (to throw). Cut the roll into slices about 1 cm we leave in a bowl.

Using a fine sieve, sprinkle the rolls with icing sugar.

As quickly as possible, so as not to dissolve the sugar burn the surface with a kitchen torch (or a hot metal plate) (if you have neither of these are utiensilios Use -Although a little more cumbersome, a metal rod to the heated skewers with a lighter and little by little and with patience gettin the same effect.)

And the appetizers are ready. The contrast between the salty and sweet is very interesting.

As always a first completely level

entry Happy New Year!!

We put a little of the tomato and egg mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
On the tomato put a layer of eggplant.

We completed another layer of tomato, eggplant, ham and cheese and finished with a final layer of eggplant, tomato and sprinkle with grated cheese.
