This pudding is adapted from a forera recipe from a friend and very rich!! INGREDIENTS



1 tub Philadelphia cheese 4 eggs

sugar 5 tablespoons natural yoghurt 2


strawberries Sugar to

caramel strawberry syrup and whipped cream for garnish.

The first is to make a caramel with three tablespoons of sugar and a little water and caramelized pan (I used a silicone in a crown).


Meanwhile in a bowl, whisk the cheese, sugar, yogurt and eggs.


Add the strawberries thoroughly washed and cut into pieces


Pour in pan and put it on a bowl of water ( water bath) in the oven at 180 º for 25 minutes (tested with a needle, if it is clean is done, if we leave a little more). Put the rack in the bottom of the oven.


I let it cool and take out



Served with caramel, a bit of whipped cream (this is the boat, the dessert was to take him to another house and could not get to whipping cream) and a few squirts of strawberry syrup.

Ingredients 6 red peppers (and two or three more for the sauce)
Mashed potatoes (I have done on puree in the microwave with milk, butter, salt and pepper and two tranchettes to melt)

Mix meat with mashed potatoes (save some for the sauce)

In a baking dish put half the sauce. Fill the peppers and put them over the sauce.


If you have leftover mashed potatoes, mix it with the other half of the sauce and cover the peppers. Put grated cheese or tranchette and grill for a few minutes.
