STUFFED PEPPERS OCTOPUS SALAD Facilis


These stuffed peppers are made quickly and are very rich.


Ingredients 6 red peppers (and two or three more for the sauce)
Mashed potatoes (I have done on puree in the microwave with milk, butter, salt and pepper and two tranchettes to melt)
2 burgers


The first is to undo the burgers and sauté for a while in the pan with an oil droplet


Mix meat with mashed potatoes (save some for the sauce)


In a saucepan put the mashed potatoes we had booked (I I put four tablespoons), add some milk and we have saved three peppers. We heat and let boil a little.

We
sauce in a blender and reserve.


In a baking dish put half the sauce. Fill the peppers and put them over the sauce.


If you have leftover mashed potatoes, mix it with the other half of the sauce and cover the peppers. Put grated cheese or tranchette and grill for a few minutes.


Ready to Eat.
