What Does It Mean Dudley In Harry Potter Book



Ingredients:


1 egg 3 tablespoons sugar ½ tablespoon water


pinch of salt 1 ½ teaspoon instant coffee
1 tablespoon coffee liqueur (can be replaced by coffee)
½ cup heavy cream 2 tablespoons sugar
, for
cream ½ teaspoon unflavored gelatin,
powder ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Chantilly cream, for garnish (optional)
chocolate curls to decorate

Preparation:
Soak unflavored gelatin in a small bowl with 1 tablespoon cold water, approximately 3 - 4 minutes. The gelatin will become gummy. Place the container in a small pot with a small amount of water to a boil. Let gelatin melts and becomes liquid. Remove from heat and cool. Book. Place eggs with the sugar, water and salt in a glass container. Arrange on a pot of hot water to boil (water should not touch the bowl with the yolks). Beat with a handheld mixer or whisk (the water in the pot should not boil) until thick, triple in volume and have dot ribbon (to lift the beater the mixture falls as tapes). Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Book. Mix instant coffee with coffee liqueur in small bowl and reserve. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla. Add the melted gelatin mixture warm coffee. Beat until soft peaks form.
