In the lower San Isidro, Mitre Avenue between Calle Heroes de Malvinas, and Spain, is located the San Isidro Prefecture. Strategic place for the establishment in the area as many Yacht Clubs Yacht San Isidro Club, CN Buchardo Sarandí CN, CN San Isidro, to name a few, that make the river movement is of great importance in the area.

front of the headquarters of the Prefecture San Isidro, in the square Khurn Reserve stands a monument commemorating the bicentennial of the Argentina Coast Guard, which was held last year. The monument was inaugurated in November 2010 in a ceremony attended by among others the mayor of San Isidro, Dr. Gustavo Posse, the president of the City Council, Rita Kuzis, the then Prefect Delta Zone Mayor, Eduardo Szcarcelo and former Chief of the Prefecture of San Isidro, Eduardo Senior Prefect Cutropia, among others.

The monument shows the Bicentennial commemorative isologo Naval Prefecture Argentina depth on two opposite plates of steel plate shipbuilding. In the lower left is drawn in sobrerelieve the silhouette of a small boat sailor in 1810, while in the upper right, also in sobrerrelieve, highlights the institutional logo of two crossed anchors. Based on the words and Argentina Coast Guard cut sheet, are located the two platelet tribute, one belonging to the Municipality of San Isidro and the other to the Honorable Council of San Isidro.
