Jamoncito CHEESE SAUCE AND SWEET POTATO CHIPS



Ingredients 4 chicken Jamoncito
1 / 2 onion
1 glass white wine 150g
. of goat cheese
150 gr. philadelphia cheese (or any other soft cheese spread)
A little milk
oil, salt and pepper.
1 sweet potato 1 potato


First chop the onion and put it in a dish with a little oil. Jamoncito put the chicken and season.
We put the tray in the oven over high heat and let it do the Jamoncito about 30 minutes turning occasionally to brown on all sides.
