Vip Bags Combination Lock

FRESH CHICKEN CREAM CHEESE YOGURT Carajillo


INGREDIENTS

A pastry sheet
200 gr. chicken breast 1 onion

200 gr. sliced \u200b\u200bmozzarella cheese
1 shot of cognac
2 tablespoons soy sauce

The first is to cut the chicken into small cubes, season (using very little salt because then we will add the soy sauce) and sauté over high heat in a skillet with oil. Just to brown it a bit.

While
chop the onion into pieces not too small and when we remove the fry chicken in skillet.
When soft add the chicken, brandy and mozzarella cheese and let it boil over medium heat until the cheese has melted completely.


Then add the soy sauce and let simmer a little longer.

We close the edges well and brush with egg yolk. With the tip of a knife punctured the surface so it does not abombre too (because it could open the pastry and make us a mess in the oven.) And we put in oven at 180 º for 25 minutes (or until we see that the pastry is done.)
