Philips Spdif Optical

CHEESE AND ONION CAKES

See what you think of this appetizer. I liked them.

Ingredients: 2 teaspoons oil

180g. chives
100 g. cheese powder (I used Grana Padano has a lot of flavor)

1 clove garlic 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger 215 grams of flour

2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
250 ml of water (one glass and some further) oil for frying




Chop garlic and onion.


We
to heat the two tablespoons oil and add the onion, garlic and ginger and let poach over low heat to make it soft.



In a bowl put the flour and powdered cheese and mix well. While very fine chop cilantro and add to flour along with the onion poached.



Add the boiling water and stir well spent to us is a homogeneous mass.



We heat the oil in a skillet and set it on fire. When hot, spoon poprciones we take the mass and fry in oil over medium heat to get it done right inside.



Pass them on a plate with a paper towel to release the oil and keeping it going by keeping warm until serving.
